Our Guarantee
We guarantee all of our products 100%. If for any reason you wish to return your product for a refund, just send it back to us in its original condition within 30 days and we will refund you in full less postage and handling.

How to Pay
We accept MasterCard, Visa and Debit cards.
We accept payment in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) only therefore please be aware that you will be charged at the current rate of exchange when your order is processed.
The Card Security Code is a three digit number found on the back of your card with your signature, after your card number.

Returns & Refunds
We are happy to accept returns on all of our products with the exception of our shoe inserts and scarves. We provide a 100% refund should you wish to return your purchase within 30 days. Manufacturers Warranty
We offer a Manufacturers Warranty on all of our products for a period of one year.
Delivery - National and International Shipping - Free Delivery For Orders Over $500
Many of our products (see individual products for more information) are custom made and can take up to 3 weeks from time of order to dispatch.
Allow 2-5 days for shipping within New Zealand and 5-10 days for international orders. We thank you for your patience and will endeavour to have your orders to you as quickly as possible.
